The Team
Julian Wyatt
Founder
Julian is an ex professional cricketer with Somerset CCC (1983-89) and a Level IV UKCC Master Coach. Julian has over thirty-five years coaching experience, ranging from grass roots development to academy / county second eleven programmes preparing elite young cricketers for the professional game. His business experience was largely geared to being CEO of Mid Canterbury Cricket Association 2004-07 and University of Exeter Director of Cricket 2009-16
Brad Thatcher
Founder
Brad is a 1st class honours graduate from Solent University in Sports and Business Management. Brad has a published academic paper in the International Sports Coaching Journal, detailing the barriers and opportunity of VR in sports coaching
